Returns & Replacements

At mood.corp, we want you to love what you ordered. Since all our products are made on demand, please review our policy below.

We accept returns and replacements in the following cases:

• The product arrived damaged or defective
• The product received is different from what you ordered (wrong size, color, or design)

To start a request, email us at jeroboh13@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, including photos of the product and your order number.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind or incorrect size chosen by the customer
• Products in good condition that simply didn't meet expectations

Once your request is approved, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
